About the Baker
Summer Joy graduated from Johnson & Wales University - Charlotte campus in February of 2020 with her A.A.S. in Baking & Pastry Arts as well as her B.S. in Business Studies in May of 2021. She is currently studying at Mercer University to obtain her second Bachelor's in Nursing.
Summer's passion for baking has been evident since she was two years old baking with her grandmother, Memaw. Her recipes are original recipes, some are even her great-grandmother's recipes. She strives to create original pastries that allow her to express her creativity.
About the Bakery
Summer Joy's Bakery is not currently accepting orders. We cater to northeast Georgia offering sweets for all occasions. All Baked goods are made from scratch and all recipes are Summer Joy's original recipes.
We make desserts for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, and all other occasions.
